This project is made for Mrs. UNISTONE, in Yerevan, Armenia.

This project is composed of 8 machines and accessories:

1- The HK-0102/A Block Cutter is fully automatic with 2 columns.
It can support a block with 25 of tonnage. It cuts the block in vertical and horizontal ways. The table moves out to take the block, and then it moves back in to the machine and it can moves forward and backward so that the machine starts to work and cut the block.
To work with this machine, insert the parameter of thickness of slab (example: 20 mm) and also the height of the slab, that you wish to have, then the machine works in automatic mode.
This machine can also work in manual mode.
It has a complete PLC system.

2- The HK-0103/A Bridge Saw is automatic with 2 tables.
It has 2 tables, one for cutting the slab in lengthwise way, the other for cutting the slab in crosswise way. The disk only moves forward and backward automatically. The tables are stable. The movement of the disk is regulated by an inverter.

3- Grooves Cutting Machine 2 Disks.

4- This machine splits tiles in 2 parts.
To work with this machine, first put the tile on the belt, and adjust the thickness of the 2 parts that we wish to have. The thickness is adjusted in manual mode by moving the disks up or down.
It has 4 horizontal disks. The speed of the belt is controlled by an inverter. It is used for hard tiles.

5- It crushes stone and marble due to the high-speed impact of the hammers. It has 20 hammers, and we can control the quantity of powder and the size of outlet. We can install sieves upon request.

6- Decorative Stone Breaking Machine for split surface. Breaking machine to manufacture decorative stone of split surfaces like mushroom stone and ledge stone, suitable for marble, limestone, travertine, etc.
To split thickness of 20-29mm, height of tile must not exceed 60mm.
If height of tile is more than 60mm (up to 100mm), useful cutting thickness will be 30-50mm.

7- This machine is suitable for polishing marble and stone. It is wall fixed, and works with manual mode.

8- We can produce all kinds of cranes and Warehouses upon request.
